Charlotte Bass
Miss Charlotte Rose Bass (that's me!) was born on June 15, 1991. I lived in Bethel, Connecticut until 1997. A lot of people think I have danced my whole life. Even though I started dancing as a baby, I quit at the age of 4. I performed as a mouse in the Nutcracker in New York when I was 4. I danced 3-4 times a week and it was hard. I just wanted to be a kid, so I quit. I started riding horses, and even to this day that is my true passion. In 1997, my family moved to Michigan. My Mother opened the Dance For Fun studio in 2001. She kind of forced me to take a hip-hop class for exercise, and I'm glad she did because now I love dancing.
I have been in the company at Dance For Fun as well as an instructor for younger and older children. Now since I have graduated from the International Academy, you will mostly catch me behind the desk. But if you don’t see me that means that I am either at school, babysitting, or working as an instructor for a therapeutic horseback riding center for disabled persons. I am hoping to transfer to the University of Michigan so that I can pursue my dream of becoming a surgeon. GO BLUE! :)
