Classes: Classes are taught by STARZ Staff and held at the Birmingham YMCA. Classes are run as an extension to our Lake Orion Studio. There will be 2 sessions, Fall (Sept.-Dec.) and Winter (Jan.-May). Participation in both sessions is not required!

Recital/Rehearsal: All classes will participate in our Fall Recital, The Nutcracker, at Lake Orion High School on Saturday, December 10 at 3:00pm (Rehearsal Friday, December 9). Each member will earn a medal in the fall recital and a trophy in the winter recital.

Costumes: All classes will have a one-time non-refundable $50 costume fee ($60 for adult sizes).

YMCA Membership: All class participants must be members of the YMCA. This is NOT included in class tuition. Being a YMCA member has many benefits and allows your family to use the pool, and participate in other YMCA offered classes.

$5 per Student per Session

Tuition:

Tuition is due on or before the first day of class. Tuition is due the first week of classes.  A $10 late fee will be charged after the 7th of the month. The fees are due each month regardless of how many weeks are in that month,  payable the first week of the month for convenience. Payment is non-refundable.

Tuition is charged by how many hours a week your student participates in class. Say they have a Ballet, Tap, Jazz class for 45 min, and a Hip-Hop class for 30 minutes, Tuition would be for 1 1/2 Hours=$60/month (NOT $45+$50=$95/month)

Costumes:

Payment is due the first month of classes or a $10 late fee will be added for each additional month late. After 3 months into the session, costumes may not be able to be ordered and/or may be charged shipping fees. No refunds.

Dresscode:

No specific color leotards and tights for classes however dance apparel must be worn. NO JEANS!

Company-Dance apparel.  Hair up and off face. Black

Ballet- Black leotard, pink tights.  pink split-sole ballet shoes, hair in ballet bun.
